We gathered to discuss hiring Bruno to provide the beginnings of a test suite and programmers' guide for OFX, as well as reviewing the current standard and proposed extensions, with a goal of pruning some of the existing extensions and recommending other changes.

 

The directors decided unanimously to hire Bruno for 10 days of time to perform these tasks.
